Last Updated: 10/23/2024
Welcome to Soundbrain's integration app (the "Service"), which connects the Omi app with your Google Drive account. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Our Service acts as an integration between the Omi app and your Google Drive account. It processes incoming data from the Omi app via webhooks and saves selected content to your Google Drive based on your configuration settings. The files are stored in a designated "Omi" folder and named using a combination of "Omi" plus the date and time.
3. User Accounts and Registration
- Authorization: To use the Service, you must authorize it to access your Google Drive account through OAuth authentication. This authorization allows the Service to create and manage files in your Google Drive.
- Configuration: After authorization, you will be directed to a configuration page where you can select which sections of incoming data you wish to save.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information during the configuration process and to keep it updated.
4. User Data and Privacy
- Data Storage: We store your Google OAuth token, configuration settings, and a unique user identifier (UID) securely in our PostgreSQL database. No other user data is stored.
- Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

- Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including any content and software, are owned by us or our licensors.
- License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Termination
- By You: You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by revoking access in your Google account settings and discontinuing use of the Service.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
